The blessed village of Kastraki

Kastraki - the small and cozy village, that is the closest human settlement next to the divine place called Meteora, in Greece.

Walking inside and around the village has its perks - awesome breathtaking views all around.

I had the pleasure of spending few nights in that village and I have absorbed a bit of its positive and revitalizing energy.

So if you have the time and resources, I highly recommend spending a couple of days there - I'd do more hiking around if I have the opportunity again. Even with only driving around, I bet you will feel what I am trying to show with my Black and White post today.

You probably know by now how much I love Black & White or sometimes referred as Monochromatic photography. I have always believed that while Color Photography shows the external part of our world, Black and White Photography shows the soul, the inner hidden side of everything.
