Dawns, Sunrises and Mornings by the sea, Ahtopol - scenes to fill your eyes and heart

I have traveled many times to Ahtopol. I wouldn't say countless times but still, much more than the fingers of my hands.

Just in case you wonder, Ahtopol is a small city located at the Southern shores of Black Sea, Bulgaria.

What is the list of my reasons I love to visit that place? Well, let me describe here shortly the conscious ones :)

• It's calm, I'd rather say tranquil. Apart from the summers, with the many persons spending their vacations there, of course. However, even at the summers it has its charm, as the beaches aren't very close.

• The place is beautiful. Both the city and the nature of the region around it.

• The lighthouse of the city is iconic; it has been a magnet for many travelers.

• Surprisingly, that's one of not so many places that makes me wake up very early in the morning, even before the dawn, in order to go out, observe and make photos.

• My camera loves it! No matter how many times I travel there, I always return with new and different photographs. It feeds me different ideas every time too :)

• This place somehow caresses me!

To be one of the few witnesses of the birth of the new day at the rocks by the lighthouse is simply... pure magic. I have to admit, I am strictly a night person but as I mentioned above, here that rule does NOT apply. :)

The lighthouse stands alone at the sea as a guardian of the city, one who stops the evil forces from entering the small local bay where the fisherman village is located too.

Watching the Sun slowly rising up and to the West, I moved into the opposite direction so it stays behind the lighthouse so I could play with the light...

... and some creative coloring too ;) Probably there is a similar facility somewhere in the galaxy, maintained by aliens?

Almost all mornings and sunrises are different. Also, the life around the bay and the lighthouse.

And as you will see, that is a blessed place for some fishing. Sunrise and fishing. What a marvelous combination!

I am pretty sure birds have the senses to enjoy the beauty in Nature, probably better than us, humans, as I have observed countless numbers of times how they spend hours just standing by the shores and watching into the endlessness of the sea horizon...

We watch the endlessness, they watch it too. We watch them, they watch us too!

I call all that a blessing with perfect harmony!

Standing, sitting or walking around - it doesn't matter as the beauty of the nature here is overwhelming and quickly takes over and suppresses all worries and petty things of the everyday life...
