Los aficionados del Manchester City estarán cansados de enfrentarse repetidamente a Son y a su equipo de los Spurs, ya que siempre encuentra el camino de la red para el equipo, y este domingo no fue diferente. Tras un estéril 0-0 en el descanso, a muchos aficionados se les habría perdonado que se olvidaran de que sólo era el descanso, pero en la reanudación del partido, el Tottenham golpeó y lo hizo de la mano del sospechoso habitual en la persona de Son.
El gol fue un tipo de gol al que nos ha acostumbrado a marcar y esta vez dejó a Ederson clavado en un punto al golpear desde fuera del área 18. El gol aportó algo de chispa al partido, pero ninguno de los equipos pudo conseguir otro gol para coronar el partido. La victoria bajará definitivamente la moral de los jugadores del Manchester City, ya que hace menos de siete días perdieron contra los fox en el partido del Community Shield. La derrota fue también la primera que sufre el Manchester City en 10 años. El resultado fue desagradable, pero el pep reaccionó de una manera en la que se podría pensar que ha perdido su chispa y su genio.
Todo el mundo esperaba que el man city tuviera la mayor parte del balón debido al calibre de los jugadores de su plantilla y así lo hicieron durante todo el partido. Eso poco pudo hacer para evitar la derrota, ya que no jugaron con intención de marcar y el balón que tuvieron fue inútil hasta el final.
Mientras que todo el mundo sabe cual sería la reacción de Nuno frente a los spurs que son sentarse atrás y golpear al Mancity a la contra. Todos los jugadores de los Spurs cumplieron a rajatabla las instrucciones del entrenador y podrían haber ganado fácilmente el partido con un margen mayor que el del gol que consiguieron. Golpearon al Mancity en espacios que no veían venir y se llevaron la victoria delante de sus aficionados.
Mientras que el rival de Pep tuvo su táctica a punto, el equipo de Pep no cumplió con la suya y donde Pep muestra destellos de su brillantez seguían confiando en un método que no estaba funcionando y que habría cabreado a los espectadores. Si bien este es el primer partido de la temporada para el equipo azul de Manchester, sus próximos 10 partidos serán contra equipos de la mitad superior de la tabla y necesitan añadir más brillo e incertidumbre a su juego para confundir a su rival y sacar el máximo partido a los partidos que les toque jugar esta temporada.

Manchester City fans will be tired of repeatedly facing Son and his spurs side as he always finds a way to the net for the team and this Sunday was no different. After a barren 0-0 scoreline at halftime, many fans would have been forgiven for forgetting that it's just half time but at the resumption of the game, Tottenham struck and it came from the regular suspect in the person of Son.
The goal was a type of a goal that we have grown accustomed to him scoring and this time he left Ederson rooted to a spot as he struck from outside the box 18. The goal brought some spark to the game but none of the teams could get in another goal to crown the game. Son appears delighted with the goal as he signs a new long term contract with spurs which could see him play for the club till his 30’s.
The win definitely will low the morale of the Manchester City players as they lost to the fox in the community shield match less than seven days ago. The loss was also the first Manchester city has suffered for the first time in 10 years. The result was displeasing but the pep reacted in ways in which one would think he has lost his spark and genius.
Everyone expected man city to have the greater share of the ball due to the calibre of players in their squad and they did just that for the entire duration of the game. That could do little to prevent them from the loss as they didn’t play with intent to score and the ball they held was useless to the end.
While everyone knows what Nuno reaction would be facing spurs which are to seat back and hit Mancity on the counter. Each spurs player carried out the coach instruction to the tee and they could have easily won the game with a bigger margin than the one goal they got. They hit Mancity in spaces that they didn’t see coming and they got away with the win right in front of their home fans.
While pep rival got his tactics on point, the Pep team failed to deliver his and where Pep shows flashes of his brilliance were still relying on a method that was not working and that would have pissed off on-lookers. Pep stick to the same tactics and replaced the players that played the same way as the players he was taking out of the game.
It got to a stage that Man city lost composure and they could not even muster a meaning pass together and that even made spurs grown further in the game. While this is the first game of the season for the Manchester blue side, their next 10 games will be against teams in the top half of the table and they need to add more gloss and uncertainty to their game to confuse their opponent and get the best out of games they bare to play this season.
