Being Opportunist - Why not
The word opportunist has a negative meaning.
It implies that the people so labeled take unprincipled, unfair advantage of opportunities for selfish ends. opportunist meaning
I think everyone is an opportunist. In cryptocurrency most traders are opportunists. They take benefit from ATH and from dumped prices. Is this immoral? It is not an easy deal to get an opportunity in the online world. There is too much competition. Cryptocurrency offers an opportunity for everyone. There is no exception. One with high educational background or without any title from a university.
This is an amazing world. I think I will be an opportunist in this world of crypto. I will plunge into something profitable. I will sell my coins when it is ATH. I will buy the coin when it is dumped. I will take my profit to my bag.
Is it immoral? I don't cheat, I don't rob, I don't steal someone's money. I just take an opportunity to accumulate my crypto assets. I do not have to send a report to anyone about my work and my possession. Cryptocurrency is an opportunity and I am an opportunist in this sphere.

Whether it is immoral or not depends on society's norms, I suppose. For example, those guys rewriting posts and publishing them on pob were opportunists. It isn't technically illegal but pretty shady nonetheless.
That's correct. It is not illegal but it is a kind of stale food that most people do not want to eat. I see some of the posts in Hive and all its side chains.
In cryptocurrency there should be opportunists if not, we will be victim of FUD. Our decisions are controlled by others. Sell at ATH and buy back at the dumped price.

On a historical chart, everyone knows when to buy and sell but in the moment, it is a lot harder decision to make. When it comes to trading, like you said, everyone is an opportunist and it is every man or team for himself/themselves.
