  1. he had one case in "small claims court" where he didnt show up because it was in another state and the transportation costs was more than the fine for that small case.

It was a minor thing, and stupid people blow it up as it was something big. He send some emails and thats it.

I dont know anything about CFD token rugpull, that must be some lies you read somewhere in the internet. As far as I know Richard Heart had that one "small claim case" back in the day, which was a minor thing, it was the first case against spam mails as far as I remember, he promoted a product, its not a big crime, in a time where regulation around using email for promotion was not established.

He has said many times that he never scammed anyone and if you think he did, he would like you to show us the victim. So show us the victim if he is such a big scammer?

He is a successful business man that made a lot of money as a young man and founded one of the best cryptocurrencies in history, I dont know why you cannot get these facts into your crazy mind?

  1. RH already proofed that he understand law better than some laywers, on a stream he trashed 3 lawyers when he explained the "howy test" and why HEX is not a security! I bet you never saw that video, its on his channel. On top of that he mostly is the smartest person in the room he hired 11 laywers. This case is not only about Richard Heart and HEX its about peoples freedom to express "speech" freely on the internet, as blockchains are speech. I am not claiming to be an expert on law, as I think its all evil Illuminati BS, but it is admirable that RH run this case for the whole world, as if he wins, it will most likely create precedence for the whole worlds law systems.

Richard Heart is not behind that site, its clear to me from looking at it for seconds.

you fall for scams and misinformation, you felt for the coingecko misinformation and now this.

You are infact providing misinformation for years now via my blog, wonder how many people you mislead.

Richard Heart is not behind that site, its so obvious. Some other people made it to try to scam people.

You know what, I dont care if Richard scammed in the past, I dont believe it, but it might have happened, if you say so.. I dont care... I think HEX is strong... but I decided to leave HEX and enter Titan X, so actually I dont care about Richard Heart all that much...

I know a lot of people like him and his current products: HEX PULSE PULSEX INC... I moved on ok!! I am not a Titan X guy...

Are there scammers in the world? Yes many... Are Richard Heart one of them, I dont think so... and I dont want to listen to an old video to understand CFTtoken or what ever it is called... I dont know why you hate Richard so much

I can tell you other things where I disagree with Richard Heart:

  1. I dont believe in statism and law at all
  2. I know the earth is flat, and Richard dont know
  3. I think he has other weaknesses, but we are all humans after all

ok lets try to debate Titan X from here, I dont want to defend Richard Heart all the time, I told you my oppinion and I dont care much about the topic anymore.

I gave you the link to the archive of his website. He was behind it, The way you handle primary sources that thesis of yours must have been the worst thing ever written in economics. No wonder you "lost" it.

Yeah, I kind of figured if you keep promoting a scam after it has dumped 99% from all time high you wouldn't care about the scammer behind it. You just move on to the next scam and promote that. It's not like you have any credibility left to lose.

For example, you and those two DHF proposal scams you attempted. Another reason why you are so comfortable with crypto scams.
