I been looking for this myself and had a debate about it in the HEX discord channel. There is the option to make a "limit order" at 1inch, but its not a viable solution, because eventhough its fee-less (almost or 100%? I am not sure), there is a big chance that it will not get filled, since the price mostly move UP!
As it is now, is my conclusion, there is only the way to pay the high fees for buying and staking on Uniswap/1inch, then when the PULSEchain is launched there will be low fees for pHEX.

Thanks for the reply, I guess many have easily made back the transaction fees depending on how much they initially invested. It's a project I will definitely keep my eyes on in future.
Its a finished product, just like LasseCash is a finished product day 1. Most in cryptocurrencies are projects though "a token with a promiss", not HEX its a finished product day 1. Educate yourself.
