Dobrý večer s Actifitem.

Tak už ty třešně kvetou i u nás, nad Prahou.

Nejvíc pohybu jsem dnes měl asi v bazénu. Na fotografii plavecký areál Šutka. Ale mobil s Actifitem si do bazénu neberu. Chytré hodinky nemám, protože je nepotřebuju.

Já si pořídil chytré hodinky mimo jiné i proto, že při plavání jsem obvykle někdy v polovině zapomněl počítat bazény, a pak mě štvalo, že nevím, kolik jsem toho zaplaval. Hodinky to počítají za mě.
(Druhý důvod byl diskrétní ranní buzení vibracemi, které na rozdíl od budíku nevzbudí nikoho jiného než mě 😊)

Posledních asi 20 let spím špatně. Buzení nepotřebuju. A počítání bazénů ... Netuším, jak by se to kde nastavovalo. A aspoň si procvičuju paměť.
