Important things you should know about Airdrops

Just like in any business, airdrops are marketing stunts for promotional purposes. This entails sending tokens to wallet addresses for free by the developers. Most times you have to perform a little activity to get it, it could be sharing the link of token, following their social media, or tweeting about it. The main purpose of the airdrop is to create awareness for the new coin.

But just like every other things, a lot of malicious people are involved in airdrops to hack and steal from people’s wallet. So you have to be careful.

A cool way of making money from nothing in cryptocurrency is airdrop. Because you don’t pay for it, all you do is perform some task, when done correctly you get your token rewards. Some of the tasks, when done could last months or a year before you can see your rewards. So if you know you are impatient and can’t wait, then don’t bother doing the tasks.

There are lots of categories of tasks but i personally don’t like the specific ones where you have to invite people that must register before you will get qualified. But just as much as these ones are there, there are still some that won’t require you to invited people before getting qualified.

The compulsory referral tasks are stressful and in my opinion are not worth it, so I will advise you do the task that involves social media follows. Airdrops are really worth it when you follow all the tasks and earn. The only effort it takes you is your time.

One of the most important thing you should know is to avoid airdrop that asks for capital before giving you the airdrop. Airdrops are completely free gems.

Another thing you should know is avoid airdrops that ask for your wallet phrases. Run for your wallet’s sake. Because you are about to get hacked. Some airdrops come in micro quantities to unsuspecting recipients in what is known as *dusting scam. Always stay vigilant about unsolicited deposits in your wallet

Just as @trumpman posted an article about an airdrop called glimpse and what to do to earn.

There's a new platform called Glimpse I just discovered, doing some interesting airdrops and bounties that you may want to give a try. You can earn coins for all kinds of gigs, including social shares, article creation, videos, podcasts etc.

You can check it out with the link below

I know a lot of people who earn from airdrops

It is always massive earning but it is equivalent to how long they wait, and how much they work round doing a lot of airdrops

It is quite stressful to follow through airdrops that requires referrals but if one can do it, it's ok

We have to watch out for hacks and scams on airdrops and protect our wallet seed phrase as much as possible

In fact, I will advise anyone doing airdrops to do so with a different wallet, maybe, even an empty one in order to keep their previously accumulated coins safe

The promise of free money is what scammers use the most to earn large amounts of money, but by capturing unsuspecting idiots.
