Fix The Money, Fix The World

I saw this meme below on Twitter and for a second it makes a lot of sense to me. It’s funny how myopic some people are towards bitcoin. Because if they know how wrong the Central Banks are, they will support bitcoin wholeheartedly. There are lots of things wrong with the banking system and that the only benefit that the naming system has towards the common man, is just holding their money. Aside that, the bank benefits from all angle holding the common man’s money.

In my country Nigeria, there are banks you get charged for getting a credit transaction. This means that when you receive money, the bank removes some money from you. Reason for this is unknown. You also get charged for SMS(I.e sms the banks sends to you based on the daily transactions you make) which is a little bit understanding , but do you know you get charged for your ATM debit card also?. Yes Nigerian banks charge you for card maintenance and the irony of this is, your debit card is with you, so how are they maintains your card by charging you monthly for it.

It’s rare to get interest from your bank. This is the reason I converted my money to crypto except money I want to pay bills with. The banks are the bullies and for them to Fix the world, they also need to fix the money.
