I wasn't really busy with anything today. And in the morning I took a short walk to my nearby friend and do some rope skipping. I went back home to rest before noon because the sun was really harsh today. And in the evening I take a walk to the field where I usually have my training

sessions.

Rope skipping is really a fun as well as good exercise to keep the body healthy.
