My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2022
Today, i had start my day quite late but really happy to finish the target.. In morning, i walk a total distance of 4.5 kms at a speed of 8:54 km/he which is good by little slow then my target, tomorrow i will try to improve this.. also i need to avoid slow walk (low intensity)
of 7 min and focus on high intensity more and little on middle intensity.. I am really thank you to Actifit..
