My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2021

After more than two months without jogging, today I started again.

As you can see in the images, it was only 3 kilometers done in 21 minutes.

My idea is to start jogging again at least twice a week. The first two weeks I will start doing at least 20-25 minutes each time. The distance is not important to me but the time. The next two weeks I will increase the time until reach 30-35 minutes and my plan is to reach finally 40-45 minutes in duration in each jogging session.
