Ginger is really very interesting because it can help the proper functioning of our body by simply adding a little ginger to our infusions or our meals.


And since ginger helps us, it has been proven that the effects of gingerol, which is the analgesic component present in large quantities in ginger, are similar to those of the active agents in aspirin.
