My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2023
After 2 sessions of playing drums, I played drums for about 4 hours, my body felt quite tired. However, whatever is done with joy, makes the feeling of tiredness seem to just disappear.
In total we played around 20 songs, it was joy and happiness to be able to make music and see God's congregation in church able to praise and worship God with great joy. A satisfaction that cannot be paid for and cannot be counted.
After returning from church, my wife and children and I went with friends to look for a restaurant where we could have lunch together. Joking around with friends who used to practice music together when they were teenagers. Time passed and now we are both married and have children. The friendship we built dozens of years ago is still maintained to this day, it's all because we have been in the same community from the past until now.
After lunch, it feels like the right time to rest for a while, accompany my child to take a nap, take advantage of the weekend holiday with the family, before returning to work as usual tomorrow.
After my child woke up, I take the time to exercise at home. Of course, with the tools available. I do push ups, sit ups, squads, train my arm and shoulder muscles with only light weights. I try to maintain my consistency in weight training.
OK, that's enough for me to write for this blog. I want to prepare myself to watch football broadcasts, watch my idol team "INTERMILAN" compete. Are there any Intermilan fans here? Hahahahaha..
