나의 액티핏 리포트 카드 - 2021년 9월 5일 (일)
어제는 외출을 한 덕분에 걷는 시간을 가질 수 있었다. 주말에는 주로 집에 있다 보니 걷는 시간이 부족하다. 피로회복을 위해 집에서 쉬는 것도 좋지만, 체력 향상을 위해서는 운동도 필요하다. 밖에 나갔다 와야 할 이유를 찾고, 밖에서 움직이는 시간을 벌어야 한다. 이거는 스스로 챙겨야 하는 것이다. 누가 챙겨 주는 것이 아니다. 내 건강 내가 챙기는 것이다. 명심하고 또 명심하자. 이팅 이팅 화이팅~!!
