My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2022
It's been a tough day and I didn't have much time till late at night. Either way, my first focus was on Splinterlands and then I had some work to do at night because I got an email late at night. Then I went to finish up walking and commenting. So the last thing left before I go to sleep will be this report.
It looks like the market is all weird and I don't think anyone expected a large market swing today. Besides this, it looks like lpud is tomorrow and I will definitely be participating in that. I have saved up quite a bit of LEO so I am not worried. I won a delegation last time so I wonder if I will have luck next time.
It's less than a day in the season so I first pushed myself to 15 silver chests before midnight. I claimed this and then started working on my new focus. I did get quite a bit of buffer and fought in gold I for a while. However, I ended up stopping because I was too close to dropping back down. It wasn't worth the effort to drop down and lost out on gold I chests. I am a bit disappointed that it will only be 44 chests but I can't change this fact anymore.

Markets def been sneaky. I tried a trade and kicking myself hard. Options trade that coulda paid like 5k if i wouldve held on longer, instead i messed it up and took couple hundred loss. Hurts my soul bro.

I would be avoiding option trades right now with the VIX so high. You are unlikely to really make that much money unless the market swings a lot by buying them. Selling them with covered puts or covered calls might be a decent option though.

Man. I bought 351 calls on the dip on thurs morn. Saw it jump to like 366, had 4 calls. Like 6k bro, i literally almost cried !LOL
I got out too early, took 400, got back in on puts like a dum dum and lost all that plus 200 while it kept ripping higher.
But i hear you man, its tricky. Feel like i had that trade in the bag but waiting until it picked up steam and ripped up all day was the trick.
