My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2021

Hello guys,

Started the day with some jogging from home to the district bustop. Felt energised after undertaken that little exercise. I might have gasped a bit :-)

Took two means of transportation (a bike and rickshaw) before I got the bus terminal where I took the public transport to work.

Got to work a little late and did the daily tasks set by me. Completed them and headed home after closing.

I basically exercised my self today while heading back, as I had to walk for over 20minutes due to the heavy gridlock experienced on my way back. Today all in all, was a good day
