Blog# 0004: Golden hour is my happy hour

For me, the sunset is the most beautiful creation. When I feel discouraged, especially when I'm stressed because of my academics, I always run to relieve my stress by watching the sunset. Because of this I learned a lesson that even if you sink because the darkness will come, but the day will still come and you will shine. This is one of the things I hold onto because we all know how hard it is to study, especially when you're in college. I'm grade conscious, so when I see my grade on the student portal and it's low, I get stressed, but the sunset calms me down. Sunset teaches us that the end of one journey is the beginning of the next one.

Sunset is the best view to see at the end of the day. So, most people are looking for the best spot to see the sunset. Watching the sunset can also boost my mood. The act of watching the sun go down can be a calming and awe-inspiring experience that can help me feel more relaxed.

It's also a great way to appreciate the beauty of the natural world, which can help boost my overall well-being. The older I get, the more I appreciate the little things. Sunset teaches us to enjoy the simple things that are free. Most of the people become comfortable watching the sunset. To people grieving a lost one, these sunsets symbolize the end of one's life and the start of a new journey.
