Le tour du mardi ...

Le mardi on va toujours remplir nos devoirs de bons chercheurs ...

Du coup, au lever, je m'occupe du lave-vaisselle, de faire passer le café, d'aérer la maison.Bref la routine du lever.

Puis à peine le temps de boire la moitié d'un mug, boum, on s'en va direction le forem pour y prester un temps de recherche d'emploi... Le tout en ayant enregistré notre présence en leur bureaux.

Pour joindre le sportif à l'utile, on y va à pied, et en rentrant on fait souvent un petit tour jusqu'au potager partager de Poupazor, et pourquoi pas, un arrêt au Colruyt pour ramener des victuailles ...
Surtout qu'avec mon petit sac à dos pliable, j'ai facile pour transporter le butin ...

Attention toutefois, ce sac à dos ne semble pas vraiment imperméable et ne protège en rien contre le froid ou le chaud pour les aliments.. Donc, une fois charger on ne traine plus, direction MAISON :-)

C'est un petit tour d'a peu près 5000 pas ... un petit 3km donc .

Cela prend la matinée, notamment parce que l'arrêt emploi prend largement une heure et souvent plus encore...

Et le restant de la journée, je vous assure que je pense surtout a récupérer... Les douleurs sont encore assez vives après ce genre d'exercice: Chevilles, hanches, dos, nuque ... Mais d'après la Kiné cela va s'estomper petit à petit pour un mieux généralisé, bien que cela ne se guérisse pas, on peut gérer pour que cela progresse le plus lentement possible :)

Eh ben, t'as vu la haie chez nous et celle du voisin ? et le jardinet, il est taillé au ciseau tu crois ? Pas sûre que le voisin voudra remettre sa haie aussi basse, mais là elle est trop haute pour qu'on puisse l'entretenir et elle est complètement sur son terrain .. Rho, vivement qu'on puisse enlever la haie devant chez nous, ça fera beaucoup + net et il y aura déjà moins d'araignées !
