We Are Alive! March 27th, 2023 Patient Children

This evening we visited the local GOP office to hear two speakers on election integrity and the event went much longer than expected.

The children did their best to entertain themselves during the two and a half hour long presentation. We didn't get out until 9:30 pm.

It wasn't even remotely interesting for them, but for daddy and mommy, we learned a lot about what's really going on with our selections.

They had papers to draw with and popcorn to munch on, so at least there were things to do!

It was a long night, but they made it through. We got them some breadsticks as a reward for sitting through a presentation that was boooooring, but now they're home eating breadsticks and playing minecraft, so they're happy now.

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin

We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.

No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13

Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny

Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations.

Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books. I am an affiliate for Libertas Publishing, your purchase will help our family grow financially.

lmao. I remember so many extremely boring adult activities I was dragged to by my parents as a kid. I can relate. I remember one that wasn't always boring. We went to a big camp out when I was five or six, just around the time my first sister was born. It was 1977. There was a bunch of market and display tents and I remember finding these very interesting. There was also a really big tent where there was music and people talking on the stage. I could see them, but I didn't know what they were taking about and really didn't care. I wanted back outside to walk around the market tents. Later, my dad stopped to talk to a big black man and while they were talking , the man stopped to reach down and shook my hand. The only reason I remember it at all, is later, I was surprised to recognize the man on a TV show... it was the Black Host on the 700 club.

Thanks for sharing your memories. I wonder what memories my children will have someday! The guy from the 700 club was likely BenKinchlow.
