We are finally experiencing some warm weather after all the snow and slush. Things are drying out and the sun is shining! The new moon and the spring equinox almost line up this year, perfect timing for the new year!

We make our "resolutions" in the spring. Lauren is starting up an diet and exercise routine and I'm recommitting myself to the business and office organization.

We are attempting to adjust our sleep patterns, since we are going to bed far too late and sleeping in too late. Part of this was from "daylight savings" where in the spring we move the clocks ahead one hour. Changing our sleeping patterns are tricky as our bodies are on a set schedule. Our children also are staying up too late - we have to move the entire day back to get them to bed at a reasonable time.
