We Are Alive! July 4th, 2022 Cherries
The First Year of Cherries
We've had this dwarf cherry tree since 2015 and this is the first year we've had a large enough cherry crop to make a pile. It produced a few small cherries even the very first year we planted. The first four years of fruit are forbidden, the fifth and sixth year we lost to early frosts. This is the seventh year (2022) and it is producing very well!
We are alive and thriving and eating CHERRIES!

Its so cool you ca have an cherry tree.
Makes some delicious cherry tarts.
Back as a kid and teen my great grandmother had cherry tree next to her home. By the side walk. It was a joy for me to be able to reach ready to eat cherry on my toes. She had grapes. Rental Not owned.

That's a very nice story about picking cherries. I hope we can make a pie or some tarts. They don't have worms, so that's an extra plus!

Wow looks so good. I love cherries - itis great that you have a tree. I was once on vacation and hanging over the fence from the neoghbor was a ladened cherry tree. We wer not allowed to pick even one of them - pure torture.
