We Are Alive! February 28th, 2022 Drinking Uncertain Coffee

Today is the big day, I'm griding my home roasted "uncertain blend" of coffee beans. I let them cool over night, now they're ready to grind and brew into a fresh cup o' coffee.

This is an unusual (and uncertain) blend, since it's a random collection of unknown bean types, grown all over the world. Some are blackened, some are yellow, some are brown. Big beans, small beans, soft beans, hard beans.

Roast them all up, grind them all up, brew them all together for a unique cup of coffee, unlike any other in the world!
