We Are Alive! December 20th, 2023 Busy Day
Today has been very busy. Got a lot done, but not as much as I would have liked. Oh well, there's still tomorrow. Business is slow, but I've been filling the time with something of a regrouping, re-evaluating. We are going to find out in the next few months what the future of my enterprise will be.
My oldest daughter is teaching herself how to cook. She made her first omelette by herself and it turned out to be delicious. She cut up peppers and onions and folded them carefully into the cooked egg. Didn't burn, didn't break. She did a very good job!
