We Are Alive! December 12th, 2022 Visiting Parents
Today after dinner we visited my parents for an evening of conversations and cake and ice-cream!
While the grown-ups were chatting, the children were playing with all the special toys that are only at nana and papa's house.
My son built a big big tower with train tracks in front and a flag on top.
We had a good evening and discussed taking care of the house while they are away. They're leaving for Florida in a few days and will be back next year.

I do that for my retired parents and take care of their house....they are snowbirds as well that head for Florida every year! Can't say I blame them I wouldn't mind moving a little farther south myself!
I see the attraction of spending the winter down south... but I still enjoy spring/summer/fall here.
