We Are Alive! April 22nd, 2022 Sleep

Today is a special day, it's the last day of unleavened bread! It'll be a while before we eat regular bread again, but we may visit the sub sandwich shop on Sunday for a fluffy bread treat!

It's not a normal Sabbath, but we do no work and got some good rest in today. We took a nap one of us woke up FOUR hours later. That's tricky with 6 children left (somewhat) unattended, but thankfully one adult was still on duty. Either way it was a nice, restful day... and now on to the regular seventh day Sabbath!

Another tricky thing with two sabbaths is not doing the normal Friday cleanup, everything must be taken care of Thursday and let things be until Saturday night.

Tomorrow the weather is expected to be nice, so we may be visiting the park. That'll be fun! Good thing we got our rest in today.

Two sabbaths sound tiring tbh. I would be dropped in exhaustion for the rest of the week.

I think your children behaved like angels, if not it wouldn't be possible to wake up four hours later. But you probably needed it ... that's what my father would always say. Lol.
