The Testimony of Patrick Byrne: How DJT Lost the White House (Part Three)

How DJT Lost the White House (Part Three)

Pat, can you imagine what I could have gotten done here, if I had not been fighting my own people? - Donald J. Trump

On the website https://www.deepcapture.com/ you can read the entire story from the perspective of Patrick Byrne about election fraud, the team of lawyers to expose election fraud and how it crashed and burned.

The testimony is long and involved, so I summarized it for the blockchain. Please visit https://www.deepcapture.com/ for the whole story, but for the TL;DR version, it's here for your review.

Chapter Five: Getting into the White House

December 18th: Patrick Byrne, Sidney Powell, Mike Flynn and another attorney (female) decided they needed a meeting with the President directly.

The plan was to meet at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. The idea was to use all the fame and attention that Signey and Mike were getting, to schmooze their way into the Oval Office. They came to the first security booth and when the Secret Service and Capital police saw General Michael Flynn, they stiffened to attention. There was no appointment scheduled, thankfully a staffer came out and gestured them all in, showing his ID badge to security. Security said "Take care, General" and they were through.

Second layer security, the staffer and another colleague waked in front and spoke for the party. Again when security saw General Flynn they stiffened to attention, looked puzzled for a moment, then processed them through the check-point, asking no questions. As they handed back Patrick's ID, one leaned in and said "Thank you Mr. Byrne." He was surprised he knew who he was. They were only one layer away from the West Wing and Oval Office.

Little did Patrick know at the time, the second staffer had made arrangements for the party's entrance, so all security processes were upheld. It wasn't just General Flynn's reputation that got them in.

Once inside, General Flynn made contact with someone who had worked with him while he was National Security Advisor, who could bring us into the Oval Office.

"Hey yes it's Mike, how you've been?... Good to hear your voice too... yeah yeah, it was unbelievable... where am I, actually I'm in the White House. Yeah, just came by to see... see me? Sure, well how about I just swing by, sure see you an a moment."

Walking into the complex, as Flynn was talking with his former colleague, Patrick and Sidney had a 20 foot line of site down into the empty Oval Office. A few minutes in Donald Trump walked through a private door. It was 7:30 PM, he glanced out the doorway where Patrick and Sidney were already walking towards him, greeting him as if he should be expecting them. Trump was puzzled, but showed that he recognized them and beckoned them into the famous office with the door shut behind them.

Chapter Six: The Oval Office Meeting with Donald Trump

DJT sat across the Resolute desk and chatted with Michael Flynn asking how he's been. It's been almost four years since they last saw each other. He asked Sidney also. Patrick let Mike and Sidney take the lead. It was noted that Trump was very measured, soft-spoken and gracious - very different than his "persona" and unstable character created through the media.

All four were sitting comfortable around the President's desk.

Trump eventually glanced at Patrick and raise an eyebrow, giving a small chuckle. He knew about him. Patrick spoke up and said "Thank you Mr. President". DJT smiled and said something about how he knew that Patrick didn't vote for him in 2016 and said some pretty critical things of him. Patrick said that yes, he did say some harsh things before the 2016 election, but that his estimation of him has grown - but that that didn't matter when it came to why they were there: the election had been hacked.

Now came the difficult part.

He said "We think there is a much shorter route through all this than your team is pursuing." He explained further "I feel I must mention that swimming around the outside of your administration for a few months, I do not thing you are being well served by many people in the White House. I can bring in young staffers who will tell you that some of your senior leadership don't want you to win, they want you to concede."

DJT looked surprised at the frankness. Then he asked simply... "Why?"

Patrick continued "I'm not sure, but I hear people are getting signal that if they're good boys and get you out the door, there will be jobs waiting for them. But if they don't, they won't be getting offers from the right law firms, they won't be getting invitation from the country clubs, they won't be getting invited to the parties in Manhattan."

DJT grimaced and the conversation moved on.

Sidney and Mike began walking the President through things from our perspective: use the Executive Order signed in 2018 (and another Obama signed in 2015) to "find" adequate evidence of FOREIGN interference in the election. To do this, all he would have to do is direct a federal force (Marshal Service + National Guard) to go to the six counties in question and recount the paper ballets on live video. It would only take a few days. Even further, they could image the hard drives and examine them forensically, which would only take a week or so. Because of their experience in Antrim County, they knew what to do.

If no mischief was found, President Trump would concede the election. But if evidence of (massive) election fraud in those counties was discovered, he would have multiple options open. Those states could be recounted, or on a larger scale all 50 states could be recounted by federal forces. This would answer the question of "who much election fraud does our nation suffer?"

If he signed the paperwork (that they brought with them) they could have the first stage finished before Christmas, certainly before January 6th and definitely before January 20th. If he did nothing before Jan 6th, he would be accused of "sore-loserism" and things would not go well.

Chapter Seven: DJT's Response

After hearing all of this, the President responded "You know Pat, you know..." He gave a little snort of humor. "You know, I could leave here and my life would be really... fine. I could be with my family, my friends, I could be playing golf..." Patrick understood why Trump was chuckling and he chucked a little with him. He knew what Trump meant. Leaving the White House and going to Florida to go golfing had real appeal. "So Pat, on January 30th, I could walk on to Marine One, climb aboard and go have a really good life..." He turned to Pat and said softly "But this? Knowing I was cheated, that they rigged this election? How can I just walk away from that?"

DJT began asking questions about the legal reasoning for his power to do this, she pulled out the EO and had him read it. He asked questions regarding legalities to Sidney and substantive questions to Mike regarding foreign interference. He took in information quickly, calculating decision-trees. He was exhibiting a sharp executive mind that was accustomed to decision making. Patrick was surprised that this aspect of the President was kept from the public for four years by the media.

He stopped and scanned Patrick, Sidney and Mike and said "So what are you saying?" Patrick spoke up and said "Mr. President, I think you should appoint Sidney Powell your Special Counsel on these election matters and make General Flynn your Field Marshal over the whole effort."

Patrick continued "I know Rudy's your lawyer and friend, and he can have a great role in this. Rudy should be personally advising you, we don't want to do anything to embarrass him. But it must be Sidney taking the legal point on this and make General Flynn your Field Marshall. If you do, I put your chances about 50 - 75%, you should see how well he has this planned, it would run like clockwork."

The President shook Patrick off. "No, no. It's got to be Rudy."

Chapter Eight: Things Get Heated

After about 30 minutes, three lawyers appeared in the office. They did not introduce themselves, they stood huddled in the back of the Oval Office listening. They were making their displeasure and disagreement evident. DJT said something indicating that this was new to him, wondering why nobody had shown him this route. Patrick said "Again sir, you are not being well served by those around you in the White House. I've gotten to know staffers in your White House and they tell me they are being told that leadership here is telling them to get you to concede."

Trump began speaking to Mike and Sidney, but he stopped and turned to Patrick. "Who?" He looked angry. "Who wants me to concede?"

Patrick was taken aback, since he thought it was common knowledge. He said "Sir, I am surprised you're surprised. In your White House, leadership is telling junior staff this everywhere. I am told this fellow Pat Cipollone has been telling people since November 4th 'just help us get the President to concede'. Also Mark Meadows has been telling staff 'Help get the President into transition mode."

Trump turned to White House General Counsel Pat Cipollone, and he began sputtering "Mr. President, you know how hard I work, you know how many hours I have been putting in..." It was not a denial. Trump faced him, his face looking angry.

Patrick continued "Sir, in 30 minutes I can have a number of staffers from within your White House here to tell you that these are quote from Pat Cipollone and Mark Meadows. This guy is lying to you through his teeth, they want you to lose."

Trump turned, knowing Patrick was correct. He indicated one of the other lawyers, said, “Did you know that this is his last day? He has a job starting Monday at a law firm up the street, getting paid 10 times what I can pay him here.” Trump continued wistfully, “Pat, can you imagine what I could have gotten done here, if I had not been fighting my own people?”

Cipollone and two other lawyers scurried out the back door of the Oval Office, while the meeting with DJT continued. After about 10 minutes, the three came back and stood next to Patrick and the three others. They began interjecting into the conversation: "The optics are terrible, Mr. President. It would have to be the DHS." As a sign of flexibility, Flynn and Sidney suggested he could use DHS instead of the National Guard.

"The press would tear you apart." Pat Cipollone injected. "Never in American history has there been this kind of a challenge to an election!" Flynn responded "Never in American history has there been a situation like this... counting being shut down for hours, foreigners connecting to our equipment..." Cipollone eventually thundered "The President doesn't have the authority to to this!" Sidney countered "Of course he does! Without question he has the authority!" She brought out EO 13848, showing the relevant language.

Trump looked at Cipollone with an expression that said You never brought any of this to my attention, Pat. Trump said "You know Pat, at least they want to fight for me. You don't even fight for me, you just tell me everything I can't do!"

Pat Cipollone was getting hot, "Hey, if you want to do this you don't need my permission. You don't even need a pen or paper, just say 'I hire Sidney Powell as White House Special Counsel' and it's done." This was followed by another half-dozen frivolous objections. Michael Flynn and Patrick Byrne looked at each other dumbstruck. Patrick commented "This is the most surreal conversation I have ever experienced."

The female lawyer spoke up on a legal point - DJT had enough grounds in these 6 counties that under the power of the EO's, it was a reasonable and defensible action to send in federal teams. The three lawyers stood on their feet, challenging her rudely with comments like "What do you know about the law?" Flynn sprung to his feet to face the three lawyers "Let's get something clear. What do you think happened on November 3rd? Do you think it was a fair election? That there was nothing unusual about it in your eyes?"

The three lawyers looked down and would not give an answer.

DJT looked at Patrick and said "You know Pat, all my life I've had the best lawyers. People calle me from all over the world 'What lawyer should I use on this? What lawyer should I use on that?' But here... you know the other side breaks every rule in the book. But me? All I have are lawyers who tell me "You can't do this, you can't do that." Do you see what I have been working with for four years? Can you image what I could have gotten done?"

He looked at Cipollone and asked "Where's my Durham report?"

Cipollone turned to storm out the door again with the other two. Sidney said "Let them leave, I'll take the job and you'll win." Trump said after them "Go ahead, Pat. Leave. Don't come back as far as I'm concerned." As the door shut, Trump said softly "Ahhh, I don't mean that. You know, Pat's a friend and..." Patrick winced as it began to dawn on him.

"Again sir, I know that Rudy is a friend of yours, he's wonderful. He's America's Mayor. I love Rudy. I don't want to embarrass him. But you should see what Mike and Signey have got going. It's so well organized, so well planed." Again he cut him off. "No no. It's got to be Rudy."

Cipollone and the other two came back a third time and became clearly obstructionists. After more frivolous push-back, this time it was Trump himself that became frustrated. He asked one lawyer something of the lines of 'why hasn't any of this been explored by Cipollone', the lawyer responded simply "Well we're not campaign lawyers." Whatever that means.

Trump sighed and said to Cipollone "You know Pat? A few minutes ago you said that I can do it just by saying it. Well.... OK. I have decided, now I'm saying it. 'Sidney Powell is here by appointed as White House Special Counsel'. There. That's it."

"SHE NEEDS CLEARANCE!" one of the lawyers objected "It'll take months to get her clearance!" Flynn spoke up "Mr. President, you can do the same thing with clearance, grant her clearance on the spot verbally." Trump looked up at the three lawyers and said "I hearby grant Sidney Powell a Top Secret security clearance."

Again the lawyers stomped out of the office. Eventually, Trump announced they would resume the meeting in the Yellow Oval in the living quarters. Rudy was coming in and we had to find a way to get things to work between Rudy and Sidney. As they parted, Trump said "You know, in 200 years there probably has not been a meeting in this room like what just happened."

Chapter Nine: The Outcome

The four (Patrick, Mike, Sidney and the other female lawyer) were in the cabinet room waiting for Rudy Giuliani. After about 10 minutes, he came in, tying his tie. He seemed grumpy, like a man disturbed from his evening meal "You know Sidney, if we are going to work together, you have to share information." Sidney replied "I do share information, you never read your texts." Rudy snapped back "That's not true Sidney, I just need you to stop keeping me in the dark-" "Rudy, I don't keep you in the dark! You..."

The conversation spiraled out of control. Patrick tried interjecting "Mr. Mayor, it is true that since I arrived, everything we brought Sidney, she always said 'Get this to Rudy right away' She never asked us to keep you in the dark about anything." It was not well received.

They walked to the living quarters into the Yellow Oval, where DJT was waiting. The three lawyers entered and Meadows also entered. A waiter brought in swedish meatballs which were enjoyed by Patrick and the Don. Nobody else had any.

The meeting continued going over the same ground again for several hours. The reasoning was repeated and a plan was decided. The president was clearly on board and at this point none of the other parties pushed back. Finally around 12:15 AM things began wrapping up. They were all glad the meeting was over.

NO DISCUSSION OF THE INSURRECTION ACT OR MARTIAL LAW.

At this moment, Pat and the team were feeling pretty accomplished, that the chances or their success were pretty high. As they departed they confided that this is not really about Trump, but whether they would let a rigged election stand. It felt like a "Hail Mary" caught in the end-zone. They took the SUV back to the hotel.

On Saturday, Sidney called Meadows and said "As White House Special Counsel, I need an office there." Meadows said "Yeah, we're looking into that, we don't have anything now." She said "Then I will need a White House ID, so I can come and go." He replied "We're working on that too, there might be a problem with that, we'll see what it's going to take..."

They had a terrible sinking feeling. By Monday they learned that Sidney's "White House Special Counsel" position was not going to happen. The plan they discussed in the Oval Office and the Yellow Oval had been called off.

Instead, Rudy Giuliani was going to continue to slog through the courts and hotel-room hearings in the states.

:-(

This has to be the saddest moment in this story - all the drama and sweeping action, just to return to the failing status-quo. No, no. It's got to be Rudy.

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin

We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.

No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13

Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny

Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations. Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books.
