Being a collector going back to (way before) 1999, I was (slightly) obsessed with digging out all the various state quarters from my change. Little-by-little, I collected every state for the quarter collection.

I hope given the completeness and mint state condition, that this collection is worth something more than $12.50

For me, the personal nostalgia is what makes this valuable, not the precious metal content (none) or numismatic value (little to none). But remembering all the effort I put in to finding and collecting these is very unique.

I found this collection in my box of random coins and when I opened it up, I found this dollar. At first I thought it a normal dollar until I looked at the serial number. F6666943J Sure there are better numbers than these, but this is not a typical dollar, if you are paying attention to serial numbers.

It's an extreme niche, serial number collectors, and I'm not really one of them - but I bet this particular dollar might be of interest to one of those types of collectors. Or not.

Either way, it's a neat novelty bill.
