24K Gold "charms" from MENE

What is your Ultimate Goal in Crypto?

Here in the blog for cypto universe, we see all those $ when we get upvotes or check our wallet. But they are not really $'s, it's a representation of the crypto's value in $.

But what if we loose confidence in the $'s? What if we want our cyptos denoted in a more STABLE form of wealth? Do we have an exit plan? Or are we passing these crypto keys to our children as an inheritance? Or do we want to pass something else down as an inheritance?

Trade Crypto for Precious Metals

My "end game" and goal has to do with using crypto to purchase silver, gold and platinum. My gold and platinum is purchased using crypto from MENE who deals in 24K investment jewelry.

Silver and gold bullion can also be purchased using crypto from various vendors, making it extremely easy to "cash out" of crypto while it's high and turn it into something that has WEIGHT in your hand.

It's just a matter of paying attention so we know when to "push the button."

What is your "End Game" when it comes to crypto?

I'm curious to know from my readers. Is this a multi-generational investment? Are you blogging to keep the lights on? Are you building a brand to pay the bills? Are you putting in the hours just for fun? Are you holding until you're dead?

What is your end goal on this crypto journey?

The plan is to build up multiple crypto income streams. At the same time build a nice precious metals stack. :)

I just want to be able to provide a better life for my family. I am already on the way there, but I just want to add a little more security if that makes sense. Not having to worry about where the money is going to come from when major inconvenience pops up would be awesome!

My plan is a combination of crypto holdings like HBD and liquidating part of it for silver and gold.
My kids will be set to pick up where I leave off when my time has come.

For me the complication of having physical gold in the U.S. is a simple fact of U.S. law: if USD were to wobble sufficiently, the U.S. can confiscate all available gold. It becomes a "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's" type of dilemma -- however much I may need it to shore up my position, however much I may need it to trade for goods and services, the government can demand it at any time. I will consider silver or platinum, though ... and if someone still knows how to make electrum (gold and silver alloy), I'd also consider that!

It's true, the US has confiscated gold before, except historical coins and jewelry was exempt. It's a well known fact that very few actually surrendered their gold bullion (bars, rounds) unless they made the mistake of storing it in bank "safety" deposit box. The safest option is jewelry, easily passed down between generations and always has value.

Thanks for bringing up this very real possibility.

I don't think the U.S. would stop at jewelry if push absolutely came to shove ... but it is one thing to obey a LAWFUL order, and another thing to defy an UNLAWFUL order, and at present it is UNLAWFUL for the government to demand jewelry. Good to know. Thanks!

Mene has some lovely jewelry -- I did go check it out -- and I see why that route is important now that you have added that info. I love a good pendant, and they have some beautifully made pieces. Not yet at the point of being able to purchase, but, since gold jewelry is back on the table, I will not forget...

Gold and silver is actually can be considered alternative form of investment beside crypto.
And surprised that it can be smoothly swap from crypto to gold.

Many pawn shops will also trade gold for crypto pretty easily.

My end goal would be to be financially free. It doesn't matter if it's gold, crypto, or the stock market. I want to build something that will allow me to work what I want to.

to be financially free

I agree, to have enough wealth to focus on what's important... more important than gathering wealth!

I've already taken some crypto profit off the table in PMs but I plan to pass both PMs and Crypto down to my two Sons.
I have yet to decide on the fate of Poured silver collection, I'm thinking of taking it with me in a Viking Styled funeral, Yo ho ho!☠️
