2022 W Uncirculated Silver Eagle
A Rare Coin
This is one of the coins that I think will be remembered as a difficult coin to get. According to the US Mint, only about 220K have been minted and they are completely sold out.
The Mint Cannot Keep Up With Demand
We keep hearing the word "shortage" and it seems silver is among the shortages. There are only a limited number of West Point Silver Eagles being minted this year.
Is this particular coin a worthwhile investment? Will it be considered rare someday?

Blame it on the Covid shutdown.
Eagle coins are sought after. These are in very high demanding, Uncirculated even better. I have an 1oz Eagle just standard but it is Brand new !

That's what I kept hearing is the shortage of finished planchettes for the coins.

It's weird to see it run out of enrollment but I think that does make sense because the lockdowns highlighted silver and gold quite a bit in the news.
