Saturday Yoga and Walking Tour
How are you doing?
Today I had a very busy and active day that has started with 30 minutes yoga!
Morning yoga must be! For sure! It helps to wake your body up!
After lunch I went outside just for a walk, I was exploring my neighbourhood, although, I live here for more than 6 years :)
I walked more than 10,000 steps and I feel really good!
It is almost midnight here, but I plan to finish some more work...
