Reflection Hunters Contest: Royal Palace!

Good day!

I have a break between meetings and I was reading my feed and found a beautiful Reflection Hunters contest hosted by @annephilbrick. Well, I knew about that contest before and participated in it several times. But these days I was too busy to submit my entry for the contest...

So, while I have a few minutes, I want to share with you a beautiful photo from my last walk to the largest Royal Palace in South Korea and it's called Gyeongbokgung Palace.

It was a special night tour around the palace. I have been to the palace many times, but it was just 2nd time when I visited it at night. I told you about that trip in detail before, so here I will just tell a couple of words about the photo.

The palace itself is really huge. There are a Throne Hall, king's apartments, his wife's apartments, kitchen, etc...

But in that photo you can see a Gyeonghoeru Pavilion.

This pavilion, built on the pond. Here, the king threw feasts for foreign envoys or his court officials. The name means that the king is capable of handling national affairs only when he has the right people around him, it was used on joyous occasions.

I took that photo with my phone. Of course, it couldn't reflect all beauty of that place and it's atmosphere but I think it is still magical...

Thanks a lot!
