Cryptobrewmaster. What is Water Tower

Today I decided to learn something new in Cryptobrewmaster game and I decided to start with a Water Tower. I will try to learn what Water Tower is and how to use it!
You can find the Water Tower icon on the left top menu.
Or...Just search for the picture of the water tower on the main page.
I decided to rent it for 1 day because I don't know what is it and how it works...1 day costs 10CBM.
Right after you click on 'RENT' button you will be transferred to the water tower itself.
Then, you just start water extraction, i.e. creation of water NFT. To extract 1 water NFT you need 30 mins and 1 energy point.
And, of course, with every next extraction water tower condition goes down.
If I am not mistaken, you can get water NFT of different colour, i.e. quality.
You can upgrade your buildings by installing special NFTs, and the cheapest one is 249 CBM. I didn't upgrade any buildings yet.
Calculations
Every crypto game is not just fun, but also about investment. So, let's make some calculations.
1 day of rent of the water tower costs 10 CBM.
1 neutral water NFT costs 1 CBM (current price).
Also, there is a 5% selling fee. Therefore, for 1 water NFT you will get 0.95 CBM. So, you need to produce at least 11 water NFTs, to get back your rental investment.
But, if you are lucky enough and if you produce water NFT of higher quality, then you will return your investments faster.
Summary
I think it is very useful to rent buildings to produce special ingredients for the beer. BUT, you need energy and free time.
I think you should be sure that you can click on the START at least 11 times a day (see the 'Calculations' tab above).

I have been looking into the farming mechanics of the game of late . Previously I Burnt a heap of CBM just renting out all of them at once, whilst having no time to play due to work. Whilst getting me a good ranking in the resource production event, I lost money over all and realised that was not the best way to do it.
As you pointed out we should make sure we have time to play for the day/s we are renting the building or field out.

I plan to save CBM and upgrade one of the buildings (couldn't decide which one yet), and then try to rent it. I will share my experience and thoughts about it later.
