My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2026
Good morning!
Today i have a lot of plans but the most important thing that I plan to do is to go to the park and spend a couple of hours with myself. I even woke up 2 hour earlier. It was still dark outside. I left all devices at home even my phone.
I only took a bottle of water and a book with me.
Tbh it was really hard to wake up in the morning. I woke up at 5 am but went to bed around midnight. But so far it was the best decision!
Such short breaks are needed when you are overwhelmed with a work or daily routine.
