Ce matin après nos heure du matin , nous nous sommes dépêché d'allé a la caf ( caisse d'allocations familiales) , qui nous avais envoyé un mail hier soir comme quoi , il leurs manquait des fiche de paye de l'année dernière.
Nous sommes arrivés pile a l'ouverture, nous avons vue 3 personnes devant nous , nous nous sommes dis cool ça va être rapide .
Que nenni , c'était sans compter qu'il n'y a qu'un seul employé qui dois tout faire , et la première personne c'était pour une inscription a zéro , ce qui as mis une éternité lol .
1h d'attentes rien que sur le premier allocataire , on c'est dis oh non , on va pas gâché la matinée que pour remettre une fiche de salaire, mais heureusement le deuxième n'avais qu'un document a signé , ouf 2 min chrono.
et enfin plus que 1 personnes, et la noooo , 20 min sur lui , bon assez rapide par rapport au premier me dirais vous ?
Et enfin c'est a nous , nous lui montrons nos documents, la dame tape sur son clavier , et me dis avec sourire, qu'elle as déjà, grrr , tout sa pour rien , mais bon ayant déjà eue nos revenue aides social coupé, nous allons le remettre le jour même ou le lendemain quand on reçois un mail
Vous connaissez ma passion pour l'administration française lol ??
Bref pendant qu'on était nous avons demandé quand nous toucheront notre revenu d'handicap, et la surprise, il nous répondent qu'il n'était pas encore au courant qu'on nous l'avais accordé, et la dame as donc mis ce document en urgence.
Au moins on n'est pas venue pour rien , maintenant on n'est posé devant avant de repartir, avec de petit oiseau qui nous réclame a miam , mais non n'avons rien sur nous a lui donnés .
Sur toute cette aventure nous vous souhaitons, une bonne journée à toutes et tous , en espérant que les nuage noir , qui nous menace, ne nous envoie pas leurs pleurs 😭 lol
Ah la caf, j'y ai travaillé, mais en Belgique .. pendant 13 ans .. J'avais horreur de devoir faire le guichet, car ce jour-là, je n'avançais pas dans mes dossiers ..

Pourquoi il n'yas pas une équipe que pour les dossier , et une autres que pour l'accueil ( un peu comme les société ou y'as la ou les secrétaire , le bureaux compta , et le service clients )

Au siège principal, à Bruxelles, il y avait une équipe pour le guichet et les membres de cette équipe avaient moins de dossiers à traiter que l'autre équipe à l'étage, qui, elle, ne faisait pas de guichet. Mais dans les plus petits sièges, on était 6 gestionnaires et une journée par semaine, on était assignés au guichet, tout en devant effectuer notre travail journalier entre 2 clients. Ce n'est pas pour rien que j'ai fini en burnout ..

Je suis partagé avec l'administration, c'est pas évident comme boulot quand ils doivent s'occuper des usagers, mais parfois ils abusent, j'ai vu un gars se faire refouler en Mairie car il n'avait pas de rendez vous alors qu'ils étaient 6 employés à papoter à la machine à café et que j'étais le seul "client".

Oui parfois l'administration , as des fail assez abusé , le pire étant d'allé d'un bureaux d'état a un autres bureaux d'état , pour quoi ne pas mettre mairie , état civil , caf , pole emploie ect , au même bureaux voir au même bâtiment , vue que c'est l'état qui facture l'état .
