Getting influenced by others easily is not a good thing and he will suffer for it. Because every time he can't for others. At some point of life you will be in a situation when he need to make the decision for his own and it will be very difficult for him.

Aside from that, people soon will notice and probably no longer trust him anymore because they will be afraid about him changing his mind on them when they need him the most.
