I think the police should be very strict in such a case. I don't expect police to do good work, but at the same time, I think the people who are addicted to drugs also can't do anything good. I think they are garbage and should be eliminated.

Eliminated? I don't think so. But yeah, when someone breaks the law, they should be arrested for it.
