Lessons from Mass indoctrination day 9 held on 16th December 2021 via zoom

It was a great time listening to great teaching from bro Eli. A lot of lessons were learnt and I just want to share few from the lessons.

2chronicles 10:14 KJV
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins and will heal their land.
Here talks about Humility and turning of new leaf from wicked ways. What are our wicked ways? Our wicked ways according to this scripture are hating and ignoring (casting God's word of instruction behind us) God's Words of instructions. ... Similarly, when God instructs on what to do to heal our land and we neglect the instructions of prophetic and apostolic teachers.

Colossians 3:16 KJV

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

We are to teach others the Word of God through message and song. To admonish someone is to warn or reprimand them. We must warn people of what is to come if they do not accept Christ and his teachings. Both teaching and admonishing must come from the wisdom we gain by allowing the Word of God to dwell within us.

Also Hebrews 10 :25 KJV

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Relationships with other believers are one way to be encouraged to live out the faith we proclaim. We are called on to "hold fast," through our own spiritual maturity. Growth in faith, however, is greatly influenced by having Christian examples around us. And finally

Hebrews 13:15 KJV

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Sacrifice means giving to the Lord whatever He requires of our time, our earthly possessions, and our energies to further His work. ... Our willingness to sacrifice is an indication of our devotion to God. People have always been tried and tested to see if they will put the things of God first in their lives.
Praise with all your heart and all your soul. Don't just give lip service to your praise, reading a prayer or saying some words of praise. Let it permeate your soul so that you are praising with sincerity. Give all the praise to God, giving him the credit for everything.
