Lincoln's Hypnotic Eyes

A quick reference to hypnotic eyes. In the Phil of the Future episode "It's a Wonder-Phil Life" Phil Diffy (Ricky Ullman) states that in the year 2049 President Abraham Lincoln was cloned and his clone was a general menace to that future society. One of the things "Abraham Lin-clone" (not to be confused with Abrodolph Lincoler) did was scare kids with his twirling, hypnotic eyes.
