Become an employee or entrepreneur?

We often don't know who we really are. After graduating from a college or academy, we often face confusion. We are confused about what we want to be after graduation.If you want to be an entrepreneur, you must think you have to have enough capital. Therefore, most of the new graduates choose to work as employees.

Is it wrong to be an employee? Of course not wrong. When you work, you will know who you are? Are you the type of employee or entrepreneur? An employee is someone who obeys his superiors. His mental attitude can withstand pressure from supervisors. Even though we don't feel happy at work, the type of employee will be strong. This strong mental attitude will lead someone to become an employee who will achieve a successful career.

But things will be different when we can't stand the pressure from supervisors. We will rebel. This is not liked by the boss. We will quickly get bored at work because we feel pressured. If this mental attitude is dominant, we are not the type of employee. It's good if we have a character like this to try to run a small business. A business that demands full responsibility without supervision from superiors. This is because we are the boss. Our boss is ourselves.

Of the two mental types above, what are we like? Now decide and do what brings success in every endeavor we do once we recognize ourselves.

A focus individual knows what he what to be. we all just need to strive to become who we actually want to be when it seems we are not getting there.
