Cryptocurrency An Unregulated Complicated Pot Of Money
How possible will it be banning cryptocurrency, a question a US senator is opposing the motion has he said that banning it would be difficult. The U.S senate banking committee are pushing for cryptocurrencies regulation as they have not be able to rule out an actual ban of these digital assets, in words from senator sherrod brown which he says that;
“Maybe banning it, although banning it is very difficult because it will go offshore and who knows how that will work.”
After the FTX hearing some days ago which he says that cryptocurrency is complicated and has serval opportunities within the ecosystem.
Brown is saying that;
“I’ve spent much of the last eight years and a half in this job as chair of the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, educating my colleagues and trying to educate the public about crypto and the dangers that it presents to our security as a nation and the consumers that get hoodwinked by them.”
The senator is pushing the US treasury in seen a possibility in regulating these digital assets and also supervise the activities around the ecosystem.

If the US outright bans crypto while other countries are just regulating it or even embracing it, they will lose an alarming amount of influence and in the end they will regret it.
