You can earn them by delegating any amount of HIVEPOWER to @helios.voter! Also holding them earns daily HELIOS dividends.

By delegating HP to the helios.voter account, I'll receive 20% APR paid on $HELIOS tokens, but I won't receive any Hive distributions from the curation rewards, right?
Just want to confirm this as some programs (eg Ecency) have both liquid Hive distributions and their own token distribution on top of that.
But the 20% is JUICY 🤑

Correct, 20% APR is paid out in HELIOS, there are currently no liquid HIVE distributions paid out from curation. At the moment we're harnessing the current curation rewards to buy back tokens, however, your question does raise a good point & we might look into adding similar programs like Ecency uses, to sweeten the deal even further for HELIOS delegators in the future. Thanks!!
To be honest, a 20% APR in native token is on-par with other programs like LeoVoter and such; so there's no rush to add another reward.
Also, if the curation rewards are being used to strenght the project and indirectly reward the curators even more (by buying tokens back and, thus, increasing the value of accumulated tokens), it's even better :D
