Today it rained and the air has cooled off.

I'm a little sad. I didn't feel like going out and training.

There are two voices in each of us.

One I call "uo" which says it does and one I call "pu" which always says the opposite.

It's up to us to decide who to listen to.

I finally trained.

Because it helps.

Because it makes you feel better.

So here I am with the ritual photo and my thoughts.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone really reads these words.

We are always in a hurry, time is precious.

I need to write. to throw away what I have inside. free me.

I'm tired of running away.

I can't get rid of those days spent with her.

I knew I was wrong but I didn't stop and I'm paying for my selfishness.

The greatest difficulty of living in China for someone like me is not the physical difference that I have never felt, nor the linguistic one.

My problem, my flaw is that emotions overwhelm me and I can't control them.

They check me. they do not conceive this thing. they smile even if inside they are dying.

They never complain.

They hide everything behind the chest. and they don't tell you anything, not even if you're talking to the person you love.

It took me a year to understand.

But i still can't make my own.

I lost someone I really cared about because of this. she tried to make me understand in every way, but nothing, she got tired and left

.

And then there are nights like this when I find myself just looking at the city lights with the desire to write.

With the need to tell someone a story like many others that no one cares about.

But what does it matter?

Tomorrow it will be day again and you will forget everything.

I can't, I can't. I run and write.

I knew one day I would pay for that happiness, you can't get away from this, that's life.

But I assure you that the price to pay will never be too high to feel light in the immense.

So in my own way I'm happy. because i'm alive.

Pain is part of life.

How many can actually say they are alive?

How many of us are slaves to a song that repeats the same refrain over and over?

I woke up one day and said no.

I assure you it was not easy.

But now I've changed. i changed to understand that i still have a lot of work to do to become a better person.

I don't think I'll have enough life to make it. but i try.

Lot to change things.

I fight to change myself and make the world around me better.

I am convinced that a better world is possible.

I hope one day someone really understands what these messages in the bottle I throw into the sea of ​​indifference mean.

Because we must learn from mistakes and preserve the memory.

That's what art is for.

But I'm nobody, I'm just a drifter who throws everything away at a block pistol.

But who thinks that united we can change things.
