Il mio Report Actifit: Agosto 12 2023
Hello everyone,
today I did a double exit.
The first walking, I went to discover one of the many parks of this city.
I went out around 11:00 in the morning. the heat was really strong.
Obviously the park was empty, both because the sun is unbearable, and because it is lunchtime here.
I did the second outing in the evening when the temperature dropped slightly and in any case the sun was setting.
This time I did my usual training run.
THE WORD NEAR ME

The park is very large and today I took pictures of the children's rides. f
For the first time I managed to understand that the part dedicated to children is themed and the theme is the sea.
I was personally amazed

I took many more photos but today I want to post only those of the children's rides.
After a few hundred metres, following the road to the right, you arrive at the playground
Here in the evening as I explained yesterday everything comes to life
The Nautilus
The giant octopus
the pirate ship
and Moby-dick
They also did an educational part where you can see pictures of different sea creatures
finished my ride I went home to take a shower and freshen up.
Around 18:00 I rouscito to go to training.
This time running
This is the best time both because the temperature is lower and because the setting sun gives wonderful reflections
like when I used to publish posts from Italy here too, along the way, I have my customary photo.
it's a tradition I've kept
and still sunset among the willows
Up to here I walk to warm up my legs. then when I get to what looks like a monument that I don't understand...
I start running
And I stop when I get to the point where they are doing some work and here I do some exercises before going back...
The day is coming to an end and gives the last reflexes before giving way to the night...
