hello everyone,

today after three days of extreme climbs, I am back on the trails I did at the beginning. So immediately customary photos. I missed it.

So I started the giant bench climb destination. I knew it was much lighter than those made these days.

In some places I felt like running. The workout feels.

When someone sees me, they ask me what I'm doing to lose weight. I point to the top of the mountain and say, I go there when I finish the job. That's all? Just this? yes.

I personally don't believe in diets. I have tried a controlled diet and it works. the problem is that it is a pain. So sooner or later you fail and if you fail you have no result and if you fail you quit.

I love food and women. I love to eat and love. the human body is like a bank account. If I spend more than I earn, the sign is negative. It's hard in the mountains but it's worth it.

the secret is to set goals that we feel are achievable. accept the challenge and reach them.

when you are alone in these places. silence and the sounds of nature allow you to listen to yourself. both inside and out.

Here I feel suspended in space and time. Just me and nature. today I heard a wild boar but I didn't run away, I waited. shortly after I saw him emerge from the bushes about ten meters from me.

We looked around for a while then he ran away uphill. I have noted that if one ever should load me, either I climb a tree or I have no hope.
