Goals, goals, goals

I guess goal setting is a new year's thing that a lot of people go into. I have never been much into it, because frankly, by the time January is nearly finished all my enthusiasm for new year goals has evaporated. I guess one of the ways to keep these goals latent is to keep talking about them, this makes keeping HIVE goals easier than most because you can write about them every month or every week, or what the hell, every day. Thid keeps your HIVE goals on your mind.

Of course just having these goals on your mind in no way means you are going to reach them, it just means, in my case, every week I know I am getting farther away from reaching them. Butno, I actually think writing about said goals helps you to focus on them thus making it more likely you can reach them.

One thing I did learn a long time ago is that you have to set reasonable goals, too difficult a goal might just make it impossible to reach. So I have done the reverse, I set myself incredibly easy goals that I know I should be able to reach in a few months not a year. and invariably, somehow, I still manage to not reach them.

This year I set myself two goals on HIVE, reach 1,200 HIVE power and 1,000 LEO power. Both are very low and should be easily reachable. My HIVE goal is not quite on course, I have to do better but I think that it is manageable, I will reach it. But LEO, LEO is a heartbreaker for me, I mean I made 2.5 LEO in January, that was really a bummer. And yes, it is my fault, no interaction, well actually very little interaction. So now I will just have to be writing about how my goals are moving to get some action. Because financial articles are really not my thing. So I will write about goals and see how it goes. Of course I will write on other subjects on other communities, but LEO is one of my two goals.
