My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2025

This morning I was woken by the six a.m. siren, I should have gotten used to that by now. Anyway the day was clear so I wwnt to the waterfront. The poolhall again, did not open early. So I walked towards the mall, but by then it looked like it would rain so I came back home.

I got here just in time to see Women's football Switzerland against Spain. Spain won and were way the better team but they, too, missed a penalty. It seems the ladies did not practice penalty shots before the competition.

I admit I hate a missed penalty, it is all on the kicker, a well placed solid kick is unstoppable for any goalkeeper. Well maybe not for Helmut Dukadam.
