Yep, it is still hot, waiting for Friday when it is supposed to rain, it probably won't though. The town is practically ready for the carnival, streets are decorated, stands for the well to do are already installed.

They expect a whole load of people, but I have my doubts. Easter was just a few weeks back and we did not receive many visitors. And I doubt people were saving to come for the carnival. Actually people not travelling just means money is scarce
