My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2025

Another good walk today, it is still hot. But it seems it just might rain a little in the early morning. That would be nice.

I went to the waterfront and it was nearly empty, no people walking around. It was hot and there was no breeze.

We are now into the town's fair but there is nothing to see yet. The fairgrounds are supposed to open today. Usually things have started right after Mothers Day, but this year things seem slow.

So we will have the carnival next Saturday, it used to be the best in Honduras, now not so much. They have a parade with floats which should be nice, but this has been taken by people showing off their horses. Just imagine two hundred horses, takes hours for them to pass.

And these horse guys show up at every fair in the country, people are tired of them by now. They even take them by boat to the islands, which I do not think is good for the horses.

And in the night what we have are twelve to fifteen musical groups,ost of them the same every year. But they always bring one or two from out of the country. Depending on who they bring, I just might go out that niggt.
