My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2023

I did not go out at all today, it is Sunday and it was actually 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside so inside was good. Tomorrow will be hot too, but on Monday you do have to go out, so there is that.

I mostly read news and spent a lot of time on Tweeter seeing how the news are bent according to how the posters want them to be. But you can actually get a good picture of how things really are by just picking on fantasies, lies and wishful thinking. It is really funny.
